1. Collection statement

Material presented in the Teras Glenmore Digital Archive is identified as part of the Dani Anjaya Family Collection, a private family collection. “Private Family Collection” describes the collection context and does not by itself assert that the family created every historical work or owns every intellectual-property right associated with the original material.

2. Digital presentation

The website displays limited, watermarked reference copies for documentation, local-history research, education and public appreciation of Glenmore, Banyuwangi. High-resolution master files are not publicly distributed through this website.

Watermarks such as TERAS GLENMORE DIGITAL ARCHIVE • terasglenmore.com identify the digital presentation published by Teras Glenmore. They are not intended to claim authorship of historical maps, books, photographs or other original works.

3. Copyright and related rights

The age or rarity of a historical object does not, by itself, determine its current copyright or other rights status. Where rights holders are known, their rights should be respected. This website does not intentionally represent Teras Glenmore as the original author or publisher of historical material created by third parties.

If you believe that a displayed item is subject to rights that require clarification, please contact us with the item identification and supporting information. We will review credible claims in good faith.

4. Provenance and historical accuracy

Historical notes may draw from the physical material, academic studies, catalogues, public archives and other secondary sources. Primary material, family recollection, secondary research and editorial interpretation are not necessarily equivalent and should be evaluated accordingly.

Where an edition date, creator, owner, location or attribution is uncertain, the website may use cautious wording such as “circa,” “era,” “reported,” or “not independently verified.”

5. Family memories and contributions

We welcome photographs, letters, names, documents and family memories connected with Glenmore or Banyuwangi. Contributions are treated as historical leads or personal testimony unless independently corroborated.

Submission of material does not automatically authorize public publication. We may contact contributors for clarification or permission before intentionally publishing identifiable private material.

6. Privacy

Please do not send passwords, banking credentials, identity-document numbers, health information or other unnecessary sensitive data. Personal information should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for historical correspondence, research or business communication.

7. Reproduction and commercial use

The web copies are reference copies and are not intended for commercial reproduction, mass redistribution, resale, or publication as high-resolution master files. For academic publication, exhibition, reproduction or commercial use, please contact us first so provenance and permission can be discussed.

8. Technical protection

9. No government or institutional affiliation

Teras Glenmore is an independent local initiative. It is not an official website of the Government of Banyuwangi, the Indonesian government, a Dutch archive, a Scottish institution, a museum, or a colonial-era organization.

We welcome corrections, additional sources, archive identification and family information that may improve the historical record. Please include supporting evidence or source references where possible.
